Absolutely horrendous. The owner/manager of this place is the an absolute incompetent and rude man.Four months to get a window replaced, when we were quoted a month. Called DAILY after the month mark just to get lied to and stood off. 3 months later they say it’s in and it’s not even close to the right window.Another 10 days the correct window is finally in, the helpful tech says he can get it done by the end of the day but manager shuts that down and says it will be done the next day.Next day - manager completely ignores my partner in line to help the next customer. Customer points it out and manager says “nah he’s good.”

Sa fais 2 fois que je vais à cette endroit et les 2 fois je n'ai pas été déçu malgré la petite erreur qui a eu la deuxième fois, de toute façon nous somme tous humain et quand on parle de façon humaine c'est toujours plus facile à faire corriger nos choses comme ce fut le cas avec moi.Merci à vous et lâchez pas

Terrible service. I got a quote at least a month ago to replace a doorlite and put some reflective film in the interior of our commercial unit. All I wanted to know is whether they could come down on price at all.I have called at least a half dozen times, sent multiple emails and have received no response from Rick.I got Rick (not sure if he's the owner) on the phone twice where he made promises to 'get right back to me'. However, he does not call back, respond to email or voicemails.I can't believe this is how they treat clients who are trying to give them business, therefor I've decided to shop elsewhere.Beware of this company, they definitely do not appreciate the 'small business' clients and you'll be treated second class by Rick.
